Jeff is an advisory principal at Anders, specializing in valuation and related financial advisory services. He began his career in the Big 4 and has more than 15 years of experience in valuation advisory services and over 25 years of combined experience in business and finance leadership, which enable him to add considerable value and perspective for his clients. He is passionate about small business and enjoys working alongside business owners. Jeff also co-founded, led and completed the successful exit from a multi-office health care practice. He works with clients across industries, with a specialization in creative agencies, and provides valuation and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, tax reporting and planning, exit and succession planning, financial reporting and strategic initiatives. With his combined experience as a former finance executive for a Fortune 15 publicly-traded company, as well as a business owner and a consultant, Jeff is able to leverage his range of experience across these roles to better understand a client’s needs and perspective and, in turn, find the most effective solutions to their challenges.
